Refund policy

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order by notifying us, and then you have 14 days to send the items back.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Defective or damaged items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at peachandpeonyuk@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to the given address.

Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Kindly include a photo of the issue so we can quickly assess the problem and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain items cannot be returned, including used candles, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalised products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.


European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
